After reading about this knife in Cuisine at Home Magazine, which gave it rave reviews for it's price, I noticed it hanging among other knives in a kitchen store selling for same retail price under which the mag reviewed it. I snagged it and have had it now for going on two years. Though she's cut me numerous times I love this blue beauty. She's my go-to blade in the kitchen.
